This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Lovid AI ("we", "us", "our"), operated via https://lovid.261901051.workers.dev, processes refund requests for subscription plans and credit packages. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Lovid AI is a product of a company registered in England and Wales. All purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Subscription Plans
Refund Eligibility for New Subscribers
If you are a first-time subscriber to any of our monthly plans, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase date, provided that you have used less than 10% of the plan's monthly credit allocation at the time of the refund request.
For annual subscription plans, first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, subject to the same usage requirement of less than 10% of the plan's total monthly credit allocation.
When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- Once the applicable refund window (3 days for monthly, 7 days for annual) has elapsed, no refunds will be issued regardless of remaining credits or unused time
- If more than 10% of the plan's monthly credit allocation has been consumed at the time of the refund request, the purchase is considered final
- Subscription renewals (both monthly and annual) are non-refundable under any circumstances
Cancellation and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@lovid.net
- Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time
Credit Packages
Non-Refundable Purchases
All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable. Credit packages are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase and are therefore exempt from cooling-off periods applicable to physical goods.
Credit Expiration
- Credit pack credits (one-time purchases) do not expire and remain available until used
- Subscription credits reset on your monthly billing date — unused subscription credits from the previous billing cycle expire when the new allocation is issued
- Expired subscription credits cannot be restored, extended, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible purchase:
- Send an email to support@lovid.net with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and the date of purchase
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your refund is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
Refund Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Credits or subscriptions obtained through unauthorized means, including but not limited to fraudulent payment methods, exploits, or promotional abuse
- Purchases made with the intent to abuse the refund process (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, as results may vary based on prompts and inputs provided
We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we reasonably determine that the request constitutes abuse of our refund policy or an attempt to exploit our services.
Dispute Resolution
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@lovid.net before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
Please be advised that filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, along with the forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription benefits.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
